This is gonna feel patronizing, but I promise that it's not. Try bringing up your fluid intake. It's amazing how lethargy can manifest. I'm clinically depressed, and I truly get it, but even on those stay-in-bed days, drinking a bunch of water eases a bit of the physical burden of it all. Sending positive vibes!
