That autoplay dialup tone tripped me out! I didn't know Browsers auto played audio these days. 😅 love your project. My heart belongs to the old web.
I instantly recognized bearblog and had to double take. I didn't realize there was a Hugo theme for it! How do you like it? I build with Jekyll, and I'm pretty pleased with the flexibility.
Clean site. Can't wait to see more!

You are the first who has ever commented on my website as you can see ;) As for the bearblog: I didn't even know there was something else to it than this hugo theme lol. And I like that hugo theme a lot; it's easy to use and it doesn't include unnecessary clutter (e.g. bunch of useless javascript that I, personally, don't need on my website).

@ansurv Hugo is a good choice! Go is an excellent platform. I only chose Jekyll because it coincided with the neocities cli, and I pretty strictly manage my local dependencies. Frankly, any exterior dev » build » serve path is better than using neo's web editor. 😅 Hope you had a decent Monday! 😁

Astro is great, look into it someday. Gives you extreme flexibility and almost no complexity for simple projects. You put your markdown in /pages and it automatically generates pages with whatever layout you provide it. And it's extremely customizable (you can do ANYTHING). Started working on my THPS banner, and got derailed by a distinct lack of assets available on the web. So now I have an agent crawling my game files, pulling assets from the source. I somewhat have a vision for what I want, but who knows what is going to come out of this when I have every image and image asset in the game available to me.
I'm gonna find a place to post the image library when I'm done as well.

My site feels a little out of place in this sea of creative expression. So many talented artists here. I'm not gifted in the same way, but my site is still an expression of self. It is clean, careful, and respectful of days past. Don't like js? Turn it off. I respect that.
That said, I *do* need some artwork, and most of all... friends. 😅

Welcome, aboard! Be careful with what you post. My revshell generator got me auto-flagged and banned for a couple weeks while my appeal percolated through the system. Everything is cool after working it out with support. Excited to see what you produce!

Haha it doesn't always work depending on the browser (I should probably put a warning but I felt like it's more in the spirit of the old web to have no warning). Thank you though! Your site is very cool, I'm going to try out that photo data extractor it's such a good idea :)
@2000sdreamvault thank you! There are some UX bugs I still need to work through, but functionally it achieves what it says. More people need to be aware of their metadata generation, as that is the most actionable data we produce. I hope it's been a chill Monday for you! 😁
