There are SO many people selling SO MANY vintage pencil lots on eBay! Just not your pencil. :( https://www.ebay.com/shop/vintage-90s-pencils?_nkw=vintage+90s+pencils
I do look at those lots from time to time! I really think I'll find it someday
I'm not sure how well they were archived, but if they exist, it may be worth going through Oriental Trading magazines from right before/around 2000
