Yes I only started making them halfway through so I haven't gone back to old reviews to make gifs... yet...

Part 2 I suppose, the old Jurassic Park Builder game was quite nice. The sequel Jurassic World: The Game builds on it in some ways, but is horrifically full of monetisation. I genuinely don't know how people play these things.

The key is to take a perverse sense of pride in never giving the developer a dime, then spend months to years simply doing really badly in the game.

Haha speaking from experience obviously! The only one that got me was Mariokart Tour but even then I was worn down by P2W but also being made to use the preferred characters instead of the ones I like. Let me have fun!

Agreed that a lot of these games you could play on facebook could have been genuinely fun casual games if it wasnt for the insane amount of pay to win mechanics. Its also funny how the human brain works that we'd rather get sucked into a money drain than just pay 5 bucks upfront.

Agree, it's such a shame! It's the best way to rake in cash I suppose. I like what Animal Crossing Pocket Camp did, once it stopped being worth it to run a microtransactions game they released an offline version for 10 bucks.

A LOT of El Fish stuff. I have been editing hex files to figure out how to customise fish every day for around 4 months (except for a 3 day break). Was it worth it? Depends if you like 30 year old games about fish.
