god, i love bureaucracy...
Oh my god this kills me. Carol is the devil. Sometimes I wonder if I should just give up on my life and get a job in a government office where I can be the least efficient employee in the world and still get paid. Alas, I'm not yet miserable enough.
It does seem like they move on their own timelines. Can’t say I blame them, but it can be miserable 😂
