Yesterday, my siblings and I were talking about ADHD. One of them described how they used their alcoholism as a means to self-medicate their undiagnosed ADHD, while another compared it to how they were heavily reliant on caffeine. For some reason, I had never made the connection between all of these things before, but I wanted to pass it on in the event that it is relevant to you. Stay well homie. 🫂
