Wow, shared in your Weekly Wrap Up! I've had to deal with someone who has been scammed multiple times, yet again this year they phoned the number on the "security message from Microsoft"... and yet again I had to tell them Microsoft will not ask them to phone... He's also adamant his email account doesn't use a password. I can't help but chuckle.
