Yes that was my thought too but I ran out of comments. why are we policing something like that?? I hope people understand that everyone makes websites for different reasons. not everyone is out there joining every club that applies to them - absence of membership means nothing. you can't draw conclusions about that without understanding each individual webmaker

I don't join them because most of them require adding JavaScript to your page and I am for no earthly good reason an HTML/CSS purist.
