I've been following you for a while now, and I'm always amazed at your site, by the content, and design. But I also know what it's like to feel like that, went through the same thing a year ago. Music helped me, I know it different for others though, if you ever need to just bounce words off someone, I'm around.

I hate it when the thoughts get loud in my brain. I know exactly what you mean. I try to be kind to myself on those days; if I can't focus on anything because of the thoughts, I accept my depression, and try to wait it out.
