for v3 of my website i wanted to avoid using javascript as much as possible but i think to achieve the functionality i want or something close to it i'm gonna have to. if i can get it to work the way i want that'll be cool cause then i dont have to edit like 5 different pages everytime i add new art to the site but if i can't. well. i gotta redesign the gallery again lol

i might still make a javascriptless version of the site as well cause i may make a more stripped down version of the site for accessibility and stuff, i actually have a second site that's actually the parent site of my account thats currently sitting around unused that i could use for that but that's definitely only a concern after the main thing is finished

i don't know if i'll be able to learn javascript fast enough to get v3 out in a somewhat timely manner (the carpal tunnel not helping), especially given the last time i tried to write my own it didnt work and i asked my friend for help and the solution was to remove all of the code i wrote. i'll probably have to ask my friends for a lot of help but hey that's why you work with people, no man is an island

would be nice if i could get v3 out before my website turns a decade old (april 6th 2027)

not sure on the study and scrap section at the bottom, maybe have those be tabs at the top along with works and porn (which are called that cause i couldnt think of a good word for "not porn" since theyre not really SFW either)
