As a general rule, I do not consume raw meat products, that is not to say that they are bad, just that I was always told to avoid them. It was my first time consuming raw meat and thus far the only one I have taken liking to is Mett (I am aware that most health organizations highly discourage the consumption of Mett). While my father had been ill, I had lost contact with somebody who used to have a Neocities website. Does anyone have an update on Preresent, otherwise known as Raster? There are some rumors about something, can anyone who is close to him and/or also resides in HK please let me know.

I guess I might as well share why the inactivity for the past year or so. It mostly has to do with my father's health and that he has been in and out of the hospital several times since October. As such, I am his caretaker. I still watch anime and film, but I have not been keeping notes. The Edgerunners review will be complete, then the Mai-HiME review, then Initial D, Crayon Shin-Chan and possibly Golgo 13, [1/2]

restaurant in a coatal city 45 minutes away from where I live. It might sound weird, but I think that mayonnaise might suit it best, specifically tuna or similar fish, such as the stronger tasting bonito or mackerel. Why would ginger be the natural choice for many?
Anyway, I am going to watch some more Oishinbo, since the fansubbers are up to 50 episodes (about 1/3 of the series complete).
I am up to episode 9.
Ginger served with sashimi is a palate cleanser, you're supposed to chew it for a while to get the taste of the last piece out of your mouth so the next bite you take is more flavorful. Same concept when they give you a tiny bit of lemon sorbet between courses at a fancy restaurant. I've never eaten mett, but some day...
I see, I never thought of that. Also, I just finished the episode, apparently raw bonito was consumed with Japanese style mayonnaise combined in soy sauce. While this style of mayonnaise is unfamiliar and seemingly unobtainable for me I am familiar with the fact that it has a different, stronger flavor, plus thicker consistency and a higher fat content per serving, thanks to the lack of egg whites.

Poorly prepared spghetti gave me parasites once, but that is another story.
