Tiara prices are always lower than I would image. Clearly I have no idea what a good tiara costs. Fun post as usual, I love looking at all these jewels!

One of the things that amazes me is the discovery of exoplanets, and not just a few of them but thousands. We knew that there were likely to be exoplanets out there, but knowing which stars they orbit, etc, is awesome. I didn't think it would be possible to know that back in the 90s. It was just an impossible speculation. Then there is also all the knowledge we've gained about Mars.

@bright-eyes - YES, that's how I feel about Pluto! It was such an implausible idea to think we'd get there one day but we did it! Weekly blog post! I will try to be back later tonight with some more updates - I've got a house to add to Pocket Town amongst other things. However, it's 114F/46C here today and I think the power grid is struggling because there are strange fluctuations in the electricity and I can see from the power company's map that there are outages all around me. Yikes!

I still have my HomeGoods clearance lamp I got in 2007! Yours looks amazing with candles inside <3 Mine gloriously Shabby Chic and I take it with me everywhere I move ^_^

The shade suits the lamp perfectly. Looks fab!

I just saw a video a few weeks ago about the train station melodies and found it to be so cool, especially considering that it hopefully brightens up a humdrum part of the day. And I am also rhapsodizing about cherries lately ^_^ July cherries just hit different.
