Super late night tornado warnings in my neck of the woods. Folks in the US Great Plains are stubborn because mother nature tries to kill us every spring/early summer and we refuse to leave. (Many thanks to the friend who gave me a heads up, I'd have had a panic attack if I woke up to tornado sirens)

huh, KDE Plasma 6.7 (yeah, it's the new funny number) ever so slightly changed its color rendering. The teal I typically use for stuff is just a little bit more saturated on my laptop than I'm used to. It's not bad, just different.

Lol its a mix of lighter turquoise with a darker teal for the scrolling goose and text. It looks more green on my phone but more blue on my laptop. The hex code I use for my accent color is #009744 specifically so it's like 50/50 between green and blue

I had a possum die under my house and unleash a plague of flies and stench last week. Thankfully some maintenance guys took care of it but it got BAD. I slept like, 5 hours across 3 nights because I couldn't escape the smell and was so stressed about it

I had a mouse die in my stove over the winter. It was awful. I cannot imagine a whole opossum⦠awful
Ah beans. I missed the 1 year anniversary of this site! It's been a great outlet, and I've gotten connected with some neat people through it. I'm occasionally reminded that a handful of regulars actually look at the stuff I make! Here's hoping for good things to come in year two.

Thankfully wengot through it without much trouble but I was zonked the next day. @sonic2k I get that. I've adapted to this as part of life in a place I love, but I don't blame anyone for wanting to steer clear!
