Any specific wishes to what I should include in my responsive CSS (aka "how to make your website look good on mobile") tutorial?

how to make a sidebar in desktop the top (or bottom) bar in mobile - just generally moving elements around depending on the screen size.
oh also working with images... a lot of the times I find an image on desktop doesn't look so great on mobile, what are different options to achieve a good look and how to size images appropriately for multiple screens
How about design concepts/Fundamentals. You can teach someone how to use @media or the meta tags. But that doesn't mean it will look good.
Tell people to use the browser dev tools to test out various viewport sizes
