I liked tadc ep9. It's a fitting ending and all the big plot questions have been answered or can be answered through a little bit of inference. I did not expect to see the core element of one of my favorite games reflected in the big reveal of the true reality of the circus, but I always welcome it since it's such a good sci-fi trope.

I *really* DONT want to get a stock android for my next phone OS but it's annoying because I don't fully *trust* iodé and I don't have disposable income yet. So either I take a huge risk now or I wait for another 8 years for when my new phone dies. So annoying that the only vetted android ROM company is fucking Murena which i DEFINITELY don't trust

Worst case I get Android 16 and try to scale back Google's tracking from inside there, but still. Good thing is I'd still be taking a step to an alternative by getting a Fairphone but it's annoying that I'm not in a good position to the next step after that

As mentioned yesterday, fixed up some stuff regarding Murena's /e/OS tracking. Also added a little bit more important info overall, and mentioned Plexus since that's really useful for checking if apps work on a ROM before using it.

Heads up, I found some stuff on /e/OS that I can't edit yet on my site. Turns out it does deGoogle stuff, but not by a lot margin and a lot of things get replaced by Murena's own tracking. Even worse, it seems to integrate some OpenAI APIs. In that regard iodéOS for example is a much better pick since the only AI features are things that "leak" into it from upstream AOSP itself, which they then disable by default

Aight this is a quick update since I still have an exam to do. Basically I figured it was good to do some more explaining on the different browser engines to clear things up, also including the fact that anti-monopoly laws in the UK, EU and Japan have forced Apple to stop forcing browsers to use WebKit on their devices in those areas

Also added some shittalk on Ladybird and Brave since they can and should go to hell. New browsers I've added are Zen, Helium, Servo, NetSurf and Lynx. In the background ive also composed a list of browsers i still have to check out, and i've been working on a website refactor for a bit now

Some more info on some of the browsers, added Volla phone and Volla OS, Jolla phone and Saifish OS, and I added MetaGer to the metasearch engines list
