I started using IronFox and WebLibre. I don't know if IronFox has ai but I know that when you set up WebLibre right before you even get yo using the app, it gives you an option to not enable ai features and I think it's off by default. Some alternatives if you decide to yeet firefox into the stratosphere XD

i really hate the state of file sharing now. catbox is getting overloaded by terabytes of garbage data from genAI sources, not that it was tremendously stable to begin with. the internet archive can't serve tiny MP3 files, filegarden has no ToS, and bandcamp just dumps music into AI training, either by itself or with somebody else's help.

neocities isn't taking any stance at all on genAI except for "tinfoil hat crazy", making it less than attractive to buy a supporter subscription. nekoweb doesn't offer enough storage space, even with a subscriber account, to host all of my music and narration files in the first place.
