Added a menu to the left side as well as some clouds to the bottom. Still haven't compiled any content though. I should probably figure that out... At least you can sign my guestbook!

Added the webring panel to the side. I also did a sidequest and made a site button for others to embed! Plus, I made the side sigil more aesthetically pleasing for the neocities site preview!
