theres binders with more standardized sizes that i ran into on amazon a little while ago that were pretty solid. you just buy one size larger than you typically wear, especially for your first binder. im pretty sure it was this one: https://www.amazon.com/XUJI-Chest-Binder-Central-Clasp/dp/B07W557CSZ
