Lies and Truths are labels, applicable to messages. Messages are real, the same as any null pointer is itself occupying a valid memory address. Whether the contents of the message are a description of reality decides if the message is a Truth or a Lie.

The essence of it is unthinkable. It is at least not a set because of Russell's paradox. And since it contains all possible worlds, it is independent from spacetime and therefore eternal.
