i may have stopped using verdana in favor of arial for my site but it will always stay my favorite font in my heart

i know i shouldnt because it feels like it makes my code a little messier every time i do but i should probably make the left panel an iframe, would hopefully allow for scrollability at least

added meiqths site button but also took the opportunity to make my button code more consistent (removed index.html, added target attributes and stuff like that)
