hello, friend. Probably not my place to be commenting here, but please know you are not alone in this sentiment. Dealing with gaining weight is especially hard when society tells you you are most desirable when you are thinner. nothing is forever, and this body is temporary, it hard to ask it to be the same forever. attempt to give yourself grace if you cant, but know youre not alone in feeling this way
