That sounds so cool! I think it would be cool to have "what's your dream role?" there and maybe you could even have that as 2 separate questions, one for roles you're pretty confident you could get and one for roles that are more unrealistic but you'd still love to play (because so many of my dream roles are really out of my range but I still love them nontheless)

Nostalgia induncing questions are always fun so I'm thinking something like "what got you into theatre?" "what was the first play you watched/participated on?" would be nice!

won't apply to everyone but i would love techie-geared questions! not all theater nerds are actors :p

@olliveen there will definitely be techie questions (techie myself) like what show would you love to design for, what's your proudest last minute save that rescued the show, how much paint do you think you've ingested over your career?
