i have an account but i kinda forgor about it after a few days… tbf im also exhausted so its why im struggling to think of new places to post. idk how active it is now though, cause i joined over a year or so ago

huh, true ... i have read some blogs from others on their thoughts of artist platforms but never thought to do it much myself ... i might do that, though with my memory it's been pretty shoddy to remember things LOL. thank u for the idea tho, i'll ponder on that and maybe even write it very soon

Its a businesa model that cant turn a profit, I've learned. Thats why these services are collapsing and resorting to ads.

They rely almist entirely on investments to keep the lights on and keep the site "free" for people to use.

considering they scrubbed tumblr to be investor friendly by nuking all of the NSFW and it still is floundering, yeah lmao. sighs, just makes me sad as a site i’ve been on for half of my life

Tumblr was a very good social media site. :c I loved it a lot back when it was huge.

i left it a long time ago and i will say it's sooo sad seeing how far tumblr has fallen. i had issues with it thats why i left, but even this is really depressing to read.
