me: let's try to make a html based visual novel thing bc ur too lazy to express this idea any other way (art, fic, shitty animation, actual game) also me: what the hell am i doing

I want the navigation to be sticky and for it to have toggle elements. but i made the original navigation box in a toyhouse test bed so it uses bootstrap, but when i try to implement bootstrap, those bootstrap elements, accordion and the toogle, do not function at all. i'm missing smth but idk what. and trying to make it make sense with bootstrap is pissing me off so bad.
