Added a new section to the Art Gallery for my Undertale/Deltarune fanart. Please be warned that that page is really starting to have some slowdown issues. I'm working on the javascript right now to help fix that. Anyways, I hope you still enjoy!

redesigned the table of contents on the resources page. working on doing the same for the art gallery.
