new blog post!! corrected some weird date shenanigans on the media page!!

considering a redesign of the blog as well - the little text window feels so restrictive and claustrophobic...

new media page!!! images are placeholders, I'll figure out what to put there later... also, it's about time I rename the site, "grass-stained skin" was just something random lol, and "savannahstains" is def not the permanent URL... something to workshop with friends!

I realize now that I need to downsize my images... uploading a huge picture straight from my phone is asking a LOT of the internet... I guess I could resize them manually? Open to suggestions!!!

OH, and after a couple more blog posts, it might be time to figure out how to make pages so it's more navigable... much to learn!!

Resizing is good, but dithering images also really helps with downsizing images :D !! Sites like https://doodad.dev/dither-me-this/ and https://app.dithermark.com/ are really good for dithering :)
