Neocities just puts whatever the last page you uploaded/edited on the very top. Personally I just upload all of the pages BUT the one I want people to see first, and then upload that one next, separately. Seems to work.

I wish my math professors were like you. Also, I feel like "master procrastinator" is what it's called when you start procrastinating on even doing things you want to do out of guilt for procrastinating on the other things, effectively blocking you from accomplishing ANYTHING. Or when the world has learned to adapt to your procrastination and you constantly get away with not fulfilling any obligations.
