reworked some file placements, added some webrings/fanlistings, and made a couple of grumpy bears for the sylvanian critters pixel club!

just added some more webrings (my lack of self control knows no bounds hehe). attempting to make a dark mode for this page cause it kinda hurts my eyes lol

pixel records is (somewhat) live! im currently reworking my site, so no link on the index yet. but i will be keeping an eye out if people are interested (hopefully people are lol)
