Mostly updated character art galleries' code. Also found Neon's original creation date from 2017 (I THINK? I don't think I have the original file's metadata but it's the closest I can get) and set it as her birthday.

updated the landing page design/animation and some site-wide menus, mostly. And set the Xenon theme to the default. Will probably need to refresh once
