i am terrified to announce that the trepang2 review currently stands at 40kb and a little over 5000 words, and i'm maybe a quarter of the way through the review. for comparison, the largest post before the molt was a little under 36kb

cluster rewrite is happening but at a glacial pace, mostly because the actual framework is done but i just need to reimplement all the content that was in cluster0 and then i also have some new content i want to add here. as always content takes the longest. in an ideal world the rewrite will be done today but realistically expect it to take til the end of may

i am a staunch believer that the oxford comma should be integrated into the polish language, even in cases (ESPECIALLY in cases) where it precedes "and" (before which the conventional rules state you *cannot* put a comma). it reflects the actual inflection of the voice when speaking the words out loud

in the sentence "Rozmnażanie wegetatywne jest stosowane do zachowania genotypu pożądanych roślin, hodowli selekcyjnej drzew, oraz zakładaniu plantacji nasiennych i klonowych" i don't say HODOWLI-SELEKCYJNEJ-DRZEW-ORAZ-ZAKŁADANIU, i say HODOWLI-SELEKCYJNEJ-DRZEW | ORAZ-ZAKŁADANIU. the former just sounds stupid

the main problem about writing the trepang2 review is that i'll need gameplay footage to show some sort of feature and so i'll go play trepang2 to get that footage and lo and behold its 11 pm and i've done nothing but play trepang2 for 5 hours

INFO_REQUEST: is neocities having connection/certificate issues right now? kockatriceking reported firefox flagging tons of sites as security risks and the same thing has been happening to me. waterfox behaves the same. didn't test chromium browsers yet. what's going on?

chrome, opera and edge seem to be working, its literally just firefox/waterfox for me - but even that isn't consistent with its flags. weird!

I forgot what tiny bugs/glitches happened to me over time that made me not like Firefox, and the issues I had with other Firefox/Chromium forks and Orion too. Brave is what I use because I am tired of switching and just want my shit to work. Here's hoping Ladybird is good

(not endorsing what Brave has done in the past, it's just that Firefox has controversies too and it's all the same shit to me after years of switching around. besides the obvious malware ones like vanilla Chrome and Opera)
