What are the rules for linking to people with those buttons?

OKAY! The changing things up has been done. I just need to get like character pages and stuff back up. (I set a deadline for myself and missed it by a day, but I wasn't going to let that become two days.)

Okay yeah, I'm reworking things. I want to make my site a little less busy and fix some of the weirdness plaguing it. I don't think the feeling will change too much though.
