i change the background-size to make it the image bigger and use background-position-x and background-position-y to adjust how its placement

You can also make the image the background then apply background-size: cover; or background-size: contain;

I think that the chatbox gives the possibility for the website’s admin to interact with the visitors, as for the guestbook it is more “static” in interactions
