Scroll boxes or marquees? There are plenty of tutorials online for both I think

scroll automatically is tag and a scroll box to reveal more text upon interaction is overflow:auto; if you only want the box to be scrollable if necessary and overflow:scroll; if you want a visible scrollbar no matter what

the tag dissapeared cause I forgot neocities does that but the tag is marquee you use it like any other tag (like div and /div)

most sites under "bfdi" are sites half baked or not even touched or just dead/shut down...
while the first page ur gonna get very well made sites the more you go to the other 2 its just more... empty and bland
