No but in a way yes bc I already know what colors I'm going to use before I code. This is bc when I create pages I usually have an aesthetic in mind already.

Personally It really depends on the page im doing sometimes I pick a color palate and go from there but usually I just see an aesthetic and put shit together that makes that idea come out
