Thank you very much for the kind messages. It does feel nice to know I'm not alone in this. I feel embarrassed to share it openly, but it does feel cathartic in a way to just let it out. It's forever a process...but one I want to learn how to navigate somehow. I really appreciate it, and I also hope you're doing well.

I'm not sure if this is the right place to send this message, but I just wanted you to know that I've been going through a very similar situation to you... using edibles to self-medicate, dealing with PMDD, dealing with having a mother who doesn't care about any of it... I know that I can't fully understand what you're going through, because you're You, but I wanted you to know that you're not alone
in what you're struggling with and that there's someone out there really truly rooting for you. I'd like to believe that both of us can find a way through these issues, so I'm wishing you all the best and good luck with everything!!
