Question for anyone who uses dreamwidth, does anyone outside of the US or wherever dreamwidth is hosted get a 403 error when trying to create an account? I've seen two people websites I follow use dreamwidth for blogging and I would like to try it out but cause of the 403 error I can't, is it some regional restriction? (I live in south east asia) ty if anyone has any idea)
