fixed a visual bug(?) that was shifting my abolute-ly positioned buttons on smaller screens! i needed to put "figure" first and then "a" instead of the other way around. don't ask me why or how this works. the good news is the layout should work okay-ish on mobile devices. i can't do anything about the tiny updates textbox or the status cafe textbox for now. tee hee
