thats just bc its still relatively new (and being optimized for web). but support is spreading and its not hard to convert them

actually i just checked; photoshop 2023 can open webps directly. my old-ass csp cannot but i looked it up and i think the newest version can too. krita above 5.1 can also

I AGREE! despite the fact i cant edit them on my art software of choice, it still generously saved me at least half of my neocities storage as of now… the compression is great. the images look great. asking for more would make me feel greedy…

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Nvk8V_yfR9c is a great starting point. It goes over basic hotkeys you use often in 3d modelling, and teaches good technique concerning how to make stuff look like how you want it to look. I still use the rounded cubes technique he talks about in the video

blender guru with his donut series is very good at giving the first steps into 3d modeling in my experience, like he provides the keys and tricks, plus you get a cool donut if you decide to follow his steps: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=z-Xl9tGqH14 personally I recommend using the ico sphere and at any level of faces ur computer can handle (I do 5 if i want a smooth finish, but theres another function for that)

This series by Imphenzia was the first series I used to get into character modeling and rigging, and I made my first character models using this series !!
