I suggest backing up your site in case this could happen again, because it could, and for MUCH longer. Hopefully, that won't happen, but there's always the chance.

APNG's are great because you can render in the alpha channel, which you cannot with .gifs. I use them exclusively in babelofdreams.neocities.org for z-indexing animated stuff with Alpha channel. It's also a lot older a format than I initially thought. Created in the early 2000s by Mozilla, and was considered dead because the PNG group rejected it (those bastards).

I watched the Super Mario Galaxy movie today. It was good... except the pacing was HORRIBLE LOOL seriously though I don't think there was a single moment that lasted for more than 20 seconds without loud horns blaring

so no site update this week, there was going to be one but currently I'm working on an update for the music player so that it can be used in multiple scenarios... I'll likely have to rewrite the code which I really don't want to do T^T
