Beautiful sweater! And good advice. I hate to see people give knitting up because they think it's something you can learn in a few hours, or jump into projects that are just too complicated for beginners. It really is a gift that keeps giving if you invest the time to build skills.

IFS is really good stuff. Self-trust goes a long way, especially for reaching that moment of connecting with an exile- I swear that's the hard part, getting to that point. You've done something to be proud of here.

I was reading through your excellent muse posts, and I just wanted to say I'm so glad you had Gabriel in your life when you needed him. Great reminder to be that person for others if you notice the signs.
