Don't worry much about Y2K I promise Mihail's Page IS Y2K compliant and it's also Y10K compliant as I've read [https://www.rfc-editor.org/rfc/rfc2550.html] and I WILL make sure whatever future webmaster of my web site will use the format proposed.

Futuremore, I even made that IBM 5150 computer that runs that IBM PC DOS 1.0 is also Y2K compliant (it IS) however no one ever responds to its `Enter current date' prompt so it always reports 1st January 1980 anyway.

Fun site! There's 1 inconsistency though, Shadow started using guns in Shadow The Hedgehog, which came out in 2005, but one comment in your "guestbook" talks about him using guns in 2001.

Ironic that you talk about identities and people from 20 years ago still being around or not, since I have no idea if you're still around or not due to this page being last updated 5 years ago

That’s some good investigating Crackworth, good article! I was very confused about what was happening since I don’t spend a lot of my time on Neocities, most of the time I was only able to catch the aftermath of these events LMAO. Anyhow, doing these types of projects does require a lot of professionalism, something I feel like federifederi dropped the ball on. Quite sad that it went the way it did.

Thank you very much puddingpuds! I'm glad my page helped someone :). Sometimes I wonder if F+F really was just a follow-for-follow scheme, or if the owners just didn't know what they were doing. If the owners really didn't know what they were doing, I feel like they should've have just stepped back for a while to cool down before making a more professional response, rather than just getting very defensive.

Getting defensive is never really a good option, rarely does it go well and it just causes more problems… oh well, let's hope the next project that comes around learns from these events.

Thanks for making this! I was completely confused what happened to F+F. I saw the drama unfolding a bit but didn't think much of it and got busy irl. Only today I found out all the events to their downfall thanks to this page.

Looks like the federiefederi.neocities.org got deleted off the face of the web. Their website's HTML code says "there will be nothing here anymore, but we're gonna keep our domain till the end"

still, damn they responded weirdly. it doesn't seem like they understood why people were criticising the site and in my opinion the whole "can never trust anyone again" thing feels. kind of manipulative. I won't say that's actually their intentions because that's not something I want to assume but it doesn't read well even to me (bad at picking up on these things)
still, my thoughts on it haven't changed much: good intentions, bad management. shame about the lolcow stuff though - I wonder how the hell that place hasn't gotten shut down yet, its basically targeted harassment the website from what I've seen
anyways on a lighter note I agree with your thoughts on sonic frontiers. like the game and the music is so good but the way the platforming is just layed out everywhere makes the maps feel like test levels if anything. it's a game that needed more time in the oven I think but overall pretty good !!
Thank you for sticking around ^^. But yeah, I believe that F+F's fall came from bad management. I assume they were just some teens who didn't know how to navigate through conflict. As for Sonic Frontiers, it had 5 years to be developed, skipped the 30th anniversary, and still fell short with the platforming. I feel like they should've gone back to the drawing board with it.
